Fairly simple process for ordering online and picking up in store. Only one person at checkout when I first arrived, and the person checking out was taking quite a while. After a couple minutes, another associate saw the line and came up to help and it was pretty quick after that!

The store is clean, and while smaller than their competitor, they have a good selection. I found a couple of nice ceramic dog bowls and silicone mats to place underneath. And they had a good price on paw thaw.
So disappointed watching this store decline so quickly. Maybe it works for people with just cats and dogs. Multiple times a week they don't have any crickets . We call ahead of time because it was becoming such a consistent problem. Yes cold weather makes it harder. But if mom and pop pet stores can keep their MUCH better quality crickets alive, id like to think Petco could. Finding help in that store is a needle in a haystack . Employees are constantly talking to each other , leaving customers lost looking . Sad that Petsmart moved and were stuck with this quality of a pet store. Obviously now we drive WAY out of the way for good service and superb feeders . This is not a plug but if you actually care about the food you're giving your animals and want welcoming , mask wearing customer service. Go to Twins Cities Reptiles and support a local business who actually functions like a pet store . Id love to be able to drive a mile to get something simple as crickets . But its pointless , an absolute waste of time and money . Ive never left a bad review before but this place deserves it. Hope they can get it together someday .
