rob fairclough absolute nob spent time with me to get my ecig paid 90 pound on it went to take it back 10 minute later he sed no mate no returns unless it's faulty pretty sure that doesn't follow consumer rights at all, if someone from here can talk to me about it would be good
Came in for a couple of batteries. Ended up spending close to 45 mins chatting with Rob about liquids, coils, trips to Scotland, his views on whiskey and many more topics. The conversation and banter was 10/10. More than just a pop-in pop-out shop. Will definitely make the effort to come back even though it won't be my 'local' store. The friendliness, knowledge and general overall helpfulness in making the experience enjoyable is what will bring me back. 5 stars. My new favourite vape store.
