This is a faux-eye clinic. I have had a horrible experience with this questionable eye centre. I went to the centre after my health insurance directed me there. 1) upon arrival i had to wait over an hour to see a doctor. The receptionists in there had no idea where s/he was. 2) upon arrival my eyes were subjected to cruel and outmoded practices. After a trial and error with various lenses and a continuous walking around with lenses to find which fit, we finally settled on one that felt more suitable. Bear in mind their practises are outdated and are no different from those practised by street eye screenings. 3) i had to call many times to know when my lens will be done. The response i kept getting ''we dont know''. This was a real test of patience. After about a week, i finally got my lens back. The new lens hurt my eye and i thus called for a more accurate and better check. 4) i went to a legitimate eye clinic, got tested and got a prescription to be given to freshluk. They took the prescription and after a week gave me the old wrong lens back saying they did not do it because i had gone elsewhere. This breeds the question, ''why did it take a full week to be told this?''. ''What is wrong with getting a prescription from a legitimate eye clinic to be done?'' ''Why was i called to be told my lens was 'ready' after a week?''. This evokes the term 'Konongo-Kaya'. They will not do it but they also will not allow other to do it too. In fact freshluk is a disappointing eye centre. From unprofessional 'doctors' to unaware receptionists and a loud mouthed 'manager'. This is my personal experience and i would advice the lover of sight and their eyes not to put themselves through such an experience.
