A little problem made my laptop stop starting the login-surface. No idea. Checked Google and FreshIT looked like they were the only ones with an open store Saturday evening. So, the girl at the reception was so nice, took at once another mouse and moved then the login-surface back to where it should be. My touchpad obviously did not work correctly. But such a quick and successful help. FreshIT saved my working ability during my business trip. 5 points and more!
Got this error i contacted them on website then i went to their place , first i asked the man inside if he speaks English he said no then he told me your pc need a windows and you don't have license it's a CRIME. I said ok i don't want to put windows just try because i tried and it didn't work , then he spoke too fast i told him to use translation he started to speak English explaining it's hard disk and it's price start from 1500 uah without windows. In market and other places varients with windows maybe start from 1000
My old Acer 5552G laptop's screen stopped turning on. The problem arose earlier about a year ago. In another service, they fixed by the heating motherboard and changing the thermal paste. But after the 2nd time, I decided to sell it for parts. Here at FreshIt, I was told that they would buy my laptop only if they wouldn't repair it. After long waiting for the spare part, the laptop was successfully fixed with a 3-month warranty. A paper seal was glued at the laptop's bottom.
They do a good job, just that they take too much time on diagnostics..
