I visited here this week and we ordered 2 meals took ages to prepare by the time i got mine my mother's was stone cold unable to eat and when i got mine home they had forgot to put gravy on the mince so i ended up with soggy yorkshire puddings with mince and boiling water i rang and complained and staff were rude and said we would have to wait for manager when i spoke to her she said my mum had complained too no replacements given even though it was there fault my mums got cold due to waiting so long for mine they didn't replace mine either and no refund offered THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! I wouldn't recommend this place expensive food very poor quality and rude staff avoid!
