I have ordered a couple of time now the Hake ,Cod Prawns etc. The fish arrives still freezing cold well packaged. The quality of fish is superb with very reasonable carriage costs.The lady who answers the phone is very polite & helpful I will be using this company again. Just had my first delivery and delighted. Wonderful fish and great value. (4.4 kgs for a total of 46 including the delivery charge.) My freezer is now full. I have noticed that some websites do not tell you the weight of fish you are buying which makes it hard to tell if it’s good value. This one does and is far cheaper than other boxes and supermarket fish. We m NB The box does not separate out the fish or label it as they are trying to keep packaging down. I’m happy with this approach. Highly recommended.
Excellent fresh fish delivered the next day. First class service Good selection. Great value for money .I will definitely purchase again.It is very difficult to sourse good quality fresh fish. Recommend 100%.
Long wait and not well packaged at all. We ordered a gift of luxury fish pie mix and lemon sole fillets for my parents which took two weeks to arrive (only 25 mins away from Newlyn). Maybe caused by the bad weather, but there was no contact from them on expected arrival date. Order arrived with everything thrown, unwrapped into a large polystyrene box and the box wrapped in a plastic bag. Since we are trying to use less packaging these days, I would much prefer a smaller polystyrene box, have the fish itself packed and then ship the box without the external plastic bag.
