I really like this place, although it's pricy. Interesting photos and artwork can be found upstairs. Afternoon tea is a pleasant way to while away an hour or so here, and the interior is quaint and dated, but in a good way. The full English breakfast is 8.40 if my memory serves me correctly, which without a coffee or other drink included, is very expensive for Bedford. I understand that the sausages are very good here, so I may try the breakfast at some point anyway. The food hygiene rating here is 5 out of 5.
