Fresco - Personal Chefs and Private Chefs and Catering

I met Siraaj Jackson of Fresco Culinary at a Whole Foods Market in PV and am so happy I did, perfect timing. We had a Walking Dead viewing party for 17 people two weeks ago and there are no words to express what a flawless evening we had. We met a few times prior to the event and perfected the menu of heavy hors d'oeuvres. The day of the party he arrived at our house with all of the food and went to town. It was so nice to turn the kitchen over to them so that I could really enjoy the evening and do nothing! The food was to die for!! They are clearly very creative and listened to the kind of experience we wanted to create. His suggestions on the different offerings were not only perfect for our tastes, but perfect together and tasted phenomenal! Our guests were blown away. The best part about it is that there were leftovers for the next day! When Chef Jackson left, my kitchen was cleaner than when he started and there was no trace of him having been there (except for those amazing leftovers!). Hire one of the Chefs at Fresco....you will NOT regret it! What a treat!!!
