Overall a good shopping centre. The shopping centre its self is very nice to look at and dry modern with plenty space to park. Huge complex with many shops, only problem is half the shops are not the most useful or well known, but it’s got just what you need if you don’t want to go to the big shopping centre nearby! I think this place deserves a 4 star rating, if could easily gain its 5th star in my opinion if some more shops opened that were a little more popular or stylish. That’s just my opinion!
I shop here a lot. Can’t help feeling it’s not a patch on when it first opened. The choice has severely dropped and like Newcastle town centre its being slowly replaced with more eateries. Still what is left is still worth making the effort and I enjoy the opportunity to have a quick mooch around. I miss the jeans shops, we need more clothes shops brought back. This place had so much potential and was hyped up when first opened, then very soon outlets were closing left and right I don't know why? But now it's mediocre too many shops selling the same stuff at ridiculous prices. It's only good point is the BM's Store which you can get many bargains. It could of been such a great place to shop but alas something went wrong ! Poor could of done better.
It's the first time after about 6 years of coming here to shop. There are not as many shops there as what there used to be, and the selection isn't great. If it's an outlet you're best chance is at Cheshire Oaks. Much more variety in shopping as a day out!
