DO NOT TRUST. I booked up around a week before needing my concrete poured. Got given a time of 12.00hrs. Pump truck arrived half an hour early (assumed to be a subcontracted company as no sign written truck) The pump truck was set up and pipe blocking the path at this point. Concrete lorry arrived at 3.15pm. When I asked the driver what time he called it, he looked at his watch and said it was early for them.... He then went on to say he got held up by a builders merchants lorry for an hour. Ok, so what about the other 2 hours ? Anyway, no apology. Bearing in mind, some locals were complaining that the path was blocked for so long by the pump trucks pipes. So I work with quantities every single day. I know how to work out cubic metres. I worked out i required around 10 cubic metres, I told them that i needed around 12 cubic metres and confirmed that they would bring more than required. (I mean who would want to hire a pump lorry at 350.00 plus vat and run short of concrete?) Well guess what, the driver pumped everything he had from the lorry and did not have enough. He said he had pumped 12.4 cubic metres. No suggestion on how to overcome the problem or an apology. The next morning I went to the bottom of my driveway and the road was a complete mess. A pile of concrete left near a drain. I had to obviously clear this up and wash the remainder away with a hose. (They should of done that) I did call the company to see if they would reimburse me any of the money due to the problems which were not down to any fault of my own. The person on the phone was rude and abrupt (assumingly they have this problem regularly) I have since gone on to look at companies house for details on their business. This is a little vague and looks like the company may be closed for one reason or another. Looks like some sort of scam going on one way or another. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.

Really good service. Arrived on time and did the job well. The driver cleaned up his mess and was very polite and professional. Recommended.
Vague with the pricing, told me nothing of waiting time charges then when the driver told me the charges he didn’t mention they’d stick some VAT on top of that, when contacting the office they were very rude and unprofessional in dealing with my questions, won’t be using again and would not recommend
Came on time on a Saturday, poured 14m3 in about 90 mins, job done at a very good price.
Absolute legends. Booked these guys to supply and pump. After booking I read the previous reviews and thought what a mistake I have made. When the day came, they arrived on time and ready to go. Both guys were very patient and very helpful throughout the service. Would deff recommend.
