Wonderful customer service. This butcher has a great selection of free range and organic British meat. The staff are very knowledgeable and always have time to explain the difference between cuts. You can also pick up free range eggs, stock, and some chutneys. It also opens on Sundays, (which is a huge bonus!) I highly recommend this place!

Very dissapointed with the service and the staff. We came to this butcher shop and asked for a piece of meat for Christmas and after a quick chat with the owner, I was told to come the next day because he will have it ready for me. I asked can I pay and will I find that piece tomorrow when I come, and he said there is no need to pay, just to come anytime. SO I DID, I WAITED HALF AN HOUR IN A QUEUE IN THE RAIN AND IN THE END, I HEAR THEY DON'T HAVE IT. I didn't get any sorry or an explanation why this happened. Instead, a younger member of staff was really rude and he didn't care. Very unprofessional behaviour.
