DO NOT use this company. They offer virtually no service for the vast sums they take, they offer no proof of real liaising with creditors, the staff turnover is horrific, I would not trust them to water a plant. If Google allowed 0 stars this would be better. One year after the scheduled closing of my IVA and it is still ongoing. Use another company or find another path.

Terrible company do not use them! they're staff don't seem to be trained correctly, you're always told different information from one person to the next. One person will tell you to send certain information in then another will say its no sufficient and then to send different over. its just a complete mess about! I'm trying to get out of my agreement by paying it off and they don't seem to know what's going on and the process to do it.
I didn't know where to turn,I was juggling debts for years,after being told by a friend I contacted Freeman Jones and as soon as that initial phonecall was over I felt like the weight of the world had been lifted. It was difficult in the beginning but once we got used to the payment arrangement and the debt letters stopped coming through the post it was definitely worth it .It took five years but my IVA ended in 2018 and it was the best thing I did,I am now debt free and living comfortably within my means.
Simple the best....spoke to more than one staff they're all brilliant. Am in my last four months of my review after 6 years. I am so grateful. They do everything step by step.They make sure you have a full understanding of what you signing up to...I have recommend them and I will still do so .NO REGRETS. Thanks all.
100% Ella is amazing! Never experienced customer service like it! She is very passionate and understanding about my mental health! Definitely my superstar! Thank you again xxx But didn’t like being badgered by Declan and Graham can’t tell the difference in tone of his voice! I understand management will support his team, but disagree with his point! Apart from Ella I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
