Avoid! I told them I will consider their offer, then the next day their engeneer kept pushing for solar panel installation and didn't understand the word o\. Eventually signed with them just to find out they don't keep what they promised in the contract. I'm calling them every day but all they say is they don't have an access to their server. Rubbish customer service!

Absolutely awful service and dishonest staff. Not to be trusted. They were supposed to have serviced our boiler and despite numerous telephone calls we still have had no response.

Rubbish company, good at getting your custom then after service is appalling. Had a new boiler installed.....worst decision of my life!! Ruined a ceiling with water damage they caused, house looked like a bomb had gone off. Shower no longer works as a result & instant water is a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Won't allow me to post with no stars

I had an installation of a social energy battery carried out by Free Green Energy 4 months ago and have waited to post a review so that I could check the performance of the system. I have been pleasantly surprised by the result, and even though it is winter can see that the battery installation has been a benefit to me. The company has been fantastic through out, and I cannot thank them enough.

I have has a solar and battery system installed by Free Green Energy. The whole process has been excellent from the first visit by the sales adviser through to the installation. I feel that the company has treated me as an individual and not just as a number, and have dealt with me in a very courteous manner
