This location used to be one of my favorites. The tables and floors were dirty, the burrito was not folded properly so it leaked. Food could have been warmer. :(

Best Freebirds World Burrito ever. Freebirds World Burrito guy and is super happy and pleasant. He easily puts a smile on your face. We drove from Freebirds World Burrito and it was definitely worth it. We'll be coming back. Thanks Freebirds World BurritoFreebirds World Burrito.

Very disappointed, no let me rephrase that, extremely disappointed in my recent order. Ordered via Uber Eats and ordered a wee bowl with seasoned chicken, rice, and pinto beans with cheese and it's hardly had any rice or chicken in it. I literally had to go and add my own rice that I had to cook just so my son would have some food to eat. Maybe there was seven - eight small pieces of chicken, and when I say small they were fingernail size. On to my monster burrito. I ordered the season chicken, flour tortilla, mexican rice, and pinto beans with adding cheese. It too had hardly any chicken and little bit to no cheese. It was basically refried beans and rice. I have ordered from other Freebirds in the past via Uber eats, and I've never experienced this, and I order the same thing every time for my family and myself. Had I been in the store and received this I would have called you out, and said why is there hardly any food in my order. Again I'm very disappointed. I'll be sure and never use your store again when I'm craving Freebirds.
The food is excellent here! Genuine Mexican food taste mixed with cool hip -Cali vibe. First tried in Santa Barbara Ca and now here and just as good as I remember. But what really topped my visit was the service provided by Van and was nothing short of exceptional . He was very accommodating to my order request and went out of his way to meet my need. He also took the time to see if I needed anything when I was just about done with my meal. Even though it's not a table service restaurant he still swung by to ensure I enjoyed my meal since I hadn't been in years. This guy knows how to deliver and I wish more people interacted like him in the service industry Great job Freebirds on hiring stellar guy and most of all making delicious and consistent cuisine\u200d\u200d
