I ordered a mouse via the steelseries online Shop. Received a disfunctional aerox 3 wireless which is not working in 2.4ghz mode. I have opened a ticket days ago with the ticket number 860845 and didn't receive any update ever since. I payed 109 euros for a mouse which works only with the usb-c cable. I know this can happen but to be very clear, your customer service is really bad. Worse than every brand I had expirience with. I do want my money back and if you can not answer to my support ticket, I will definately open a conflict case via PayPal and state my concerns there. For all people thinking about buying the mouse. Go for it but buy it from a retailer or amazon. Don't buy it from their shop. Their support is horrible and you should avoid it at all costs.

They sell you faulty hardware, then expect you to pay the postage to Denmark to return it. I live in the uk so it would cost nearly as much as the handset! Poor support for the UK, I am now left with a handset that is not economical to return.

Forfærdelig service og firma. Jeg bestilte mit produkt 05/03, og fik en estimeret leveringsdato til at være 9-10/3. Har stadig ikke modtaget varen, og den er ikke sendt endnu. Dog synes Steelseries alligevel at de kan tillade sig at trække pengene. De har ikke svaret på 3 henvendelser fra mig på mail. Ringe firma
