Great customer service. I bought an AXA lock there and after a few months it wouldn’t open with the code anymore. I didn’t even had to ask, the guy offered me a new one :)
One star above minimum for what is usually reliable service, but today 2 guys I haven't seen before charged me 225 kr to remove crank arms (a 5 minute job with the correct tool that I unfortunately don't have). Pretended it took them half an hour and when I complained, said that I was paying for expertise. Good way to lose a loyal customer, won't be going back there.

Tl;dr: They gave an offer to fix bike, I accepted, they then increased the offer by 65%, and when I declined they charged me 250 DKK to take the bike with me. It started out really well. There was a lot wrong with my bike and the guys seem to know their work. They gave me an offer of 2.200 DKK to fix it (new rear wheel, rear cog, chain, brakes, brake cables and some more minor stuff). I accepted and said that as long as it was kept around that amount it was fine. A few days later they called me back saying a new wheel would be a lot more expensive, and that it would amount to 3.600 DKK instead. A 65% price hike was way too much, so I asked to bring the bike back home with me instead (all they had done was hang up the bike and take the chain off the cog). Before I could take the bike with me, they then charged me 250 DKK for the 5-10 minutes they spent on hanging up the bike. I would never have had them look at the bike if I had known this and they never informed me. I accepted an offer, they changed the offer, and then charged me anyway when I declined. Other than that these guys seemed nice, and they seem to know their work. I will not be taking my bikes here any more though, but recommend the shop 30 meters down the street called \Cycle Stop Frederiksberg\.
