Ordered Apple Watch Series 6 for pick-up in store. Went there, store konsulent (called dkcalo on the receipt) neither had the order prepared neither he seem to want to sell it for us. He looked grumpy all through the purchase and seemed like from his perspective we were having a privilege to purchase the watch from him. Tried to ask if we could switch the bracelet (when called to Humac customer service, we were explained that it should not be a problem at all. After all we are spending well over 3k..) Konsulent (dkcalo again) not only was irritated to try and find it for us, but also didn’t update the store stock properly, because it appeared in stock online, but he couldn’t find it (maybe he just didn’t want to). Anyway, I think the service was poor at best and completely unacceptable. Expected the minimum, nice service when buying such an expensive product :) Will deeply consider buying from Humac again.
While there is no apple store in CPH this is the closest thing. Good attention, good service, but I find there is not much variety when it comes to products/accessories.
They take reservations for products, but still sell the stock as soon as the open. Took an hour off work to go and pick up a reserved product, only to find that they had sold it.

Jeg bestilte og betale for en MagSafe oplader i midt november 2020, butikken har stadigvæk ikke kontaktet mig vedr. at de har fået den hjem. Handler ikke her igen.
Gav mig et forkert produkt til formålet, og da jeg kom tilbage med det var der ingen beklagelser, men derimod en tilkendegivelse af at jeg ikke burde have ventet 4 uger med at komme tilbage med det og at han jo ikke kunne genbruge indpakningen nu, men at han denne gang kunne gøre en undtagelse og bytte den til den rigtige vare. ...Det manglede da bare! og så måske en: \vi undskylder for din ulejlighed\.
