Hired this company and their associate company smart movers for my mothers move from Brampton Ontario to Bridgewater Nova Scotia this January 2021 Very happy with the service . polite and knowledgeable staff made for a stress free moving experience . I highly recommend Jeff ( the sales person ) and there great staff .

I was so happy with every part of my experience with Smart Movers. They were the only company that called me after sending a quote, and Jeff explained every part of the quote and asked if I had any other questions. When I was ready to set the date, we arranged times and pickup/drop off and they accommodated my needs, as I was going to be out of town for a few days. The movers themselves were quick and professional, and protected my furniture and belongings. Everything arrived perfectly and the drop off was easy and quick. Thank you so much for making my relocation easy and worry-free! Thanks again for everything Jeff! I'm trying to convince my family and friends to move out east, so I will definitely be recommending your company! Beth
I have never used this company or even heard of it but as I was going through the reviews; I noticed the OWNER of the company replying very rudely and inappropriatly to the majority of reviews. As a new customer, I was going to ignore the bad reviews and give the company a try for myself,But upon seeing the owner be this petty and childish, I will take my business else where and not recommended anyone ever working with this man. Anyone interested in using this company that is reading the reviews, make sure you read the owners comments as well. This will show you the true side to the man's personalty. He is probably great to work with until you make him angry or do something he doesn't like and I can only assume he then becomes childish and ignorant as he showed with his comments.
Move from Saint John to Sydney Cape Breton this past February 2020 Very professional and courteous staff . They made moving far less stressful than what it is already by providing such excellent service . Thank you very much and I highly recommend .
This site makes it extremely difficult and next to impossible to have fraudulent reviews removed , having been made either by competitors and or just someone that has a bone to grind . I cannot respond to those that have never been a customer and I have at least 1/2 dozen negative reviews by those that are not customers presently or in the past . We have been offering our moving and relocation service for almost 30 years in Eastern Canada including Saint John and Fredericton and pride ourselves in providing excellent customer relations and second to none service . Our professional moving teams go above and beyond to meet all our customers needs . Please contact our office and we will provide you hundreds and hundreds of satisfied customers and a 98 % success rate in meeting all our customers needs of both past and present and hopefully you in the future . So potential customers , please understand how easy it is for competitors or mean spirited people to spread false rumors and false information on this site . I thought posting this would be easier than reaching a robot on a computer ( and believe me I have tried )
