Ashley was very kind & remade my drink after I mentioned it was not sweet (I ordered vanilla sweet cream cold brew). She had a very sweet smile & personality. Really made me feel comfortable at this location.
They closed the drive thru early (heard the closed message on the intercom and yes I checked the time and yes they were definitely supposed to be open) then I drove up and their drive thru window was open and they all just kept their backs to me pretending like the window didn't exist and ignoring me. I was obsoletely furious to be treated this way! I was so mad that I have changed my route so I can swing by the one downtown instead.
