Went in here today, as we needed a few bits of hardwood flooring to fill in for a wall we're removing. A member of staff promptly greeted us, helped us find what we needed almost instantly, and as it was just a small amount, they didn't charge us anything. We're planning on replacing some damaged flooring in our new (to us) home in a couple of years, and Ritchie's is where we'll be going to get it. They just earned a pair of customers for life from their excellent service.
