I can not say enough good things about Purolator! For the package I was sending had gotten a quote else where for well over 200 and I went to Purolator and was quoted 92 which was more in the range I was thinking it would be for the exact same delivery! The associate who helped me was so kind and friendly and I can not say enough promoting her and the company for which she works. Will never bother with another shipping company again, Purolator all the way!

I ship from here regularly. Staff are always friendly and keep the computer area well stocked with express bags and labelopes. Location is great if you have a vehicle, it's just off the highway. Be a little awkward to get to without a vehicle. Building shares driveways with Coast Tire, Purolator is the marked building straight ahead when you drive in. The customer entrance is around the backside. There is also a customer parking lot back there.
I am just waaaaaay beyond impressed with my first experience with Purolator Express. We registered our parcels at 1 PM December 1, 2020.....it was at my son's front door in Prince George BC at 10:45 AM on Dec 2, 2020. It was worth every penny I spent.....I was even told at this time of year it could be 3-5 days due to Covid -19 conditions and the volume of mail at this time of year. Beyond happy and impressed.
My daughter new student waiting on books. Left slip on door that no one home and package was available at warehouse. 30 cab ride later and was told package was not at warehouse yet and driver entered wrong date on slip. Thanks Puralator!! Classy.
Some glad i paid for Express shipping on an item. Got the date of arrival took day off as this cant sit outside in -17c weather. 700 RC from Quebec 8hrs away... still not here
