Best pizza in town. Wood fired. Craft beer. Vegan options. Desserts. What more can I say

It's been since before the pandemic that I last ate here. I had their pizza at the Farmer's Market. I must admit that it was today's special pizza cookie that got me to order. Shortbread cookie covered in icing. I couldn't ask for a better desert for lunch. As for the pizza, equally delicious. I had the all meat. The slight sweetness of the sauce, combined with the salt of the meats paired very well. It's a thing and doughy bottom crust with a fluffier and slightly crispier end crust. Just as good as the first time I tried it at the market.

Last night we ordered the pear and goat cheese pizza as well as the vegetarian pizza along with a vegan Caesar salad and vegan chocolate chip cookies. Sooo freaking delicious.

I love Milda's Pizza, my wife and I get the vegan pizzas here, you never know what will be on it, but its always excellent. Now you can also sit and have a craft beer. Very happy with Milda, her husband and the wonderful staff! Thanks Milda

Great Hidden Gem! This wood fired oven pizza restaurant has the best ambiance you can find in Fredericton. We were driving through and looking for a great pizza and found this amazing place. A little tricky to find...we thought we were in the completely wrong place...the location adds to its special atmosphere! And to top it all off, the pizza was delicious! Such a unique place and great experience!

Pizza is my favourite food. Whether it’s greasy take out, cooked at home from the freezer or homemade with a thick crust, I’ll eat and enjoy it all. But in the end, you can’t beat a pizza topped with fresh creative toppings baked in a giant wood fired oven. For that, Milda’s delivers! Milda’s is located in the basement of the Charlotte Street Arts Centre. This isn’t much for signage outdoors, so you’ll have to go searching through the building’s hallways to find it. On entering, you’ll find a counter with the day’s menu where you can place your order before taking a seat to await your meal. The menu includes several pizza varieties plus some fresh healthy sides and delicious baked goods. On this visit, I shared a special pizza and salad. The eggplant, smoked cheese and garlic pizza (which came with olives, tomatoes, and spinach) was loaded up with grilled eggplant which paired perfectly with the smokey cheese. The salad was a grilled salad involving mixed greens, grilled zucchini, peppers, blanched beans, cauliflower and a tahini lemon dressing. The highlight of this was definitely the housemade dressing with the tahini adding a wonderful richness to an otherwise light salad. The restaurant operates at the farmers market and has a food truck that appears at events, so loads of opportunities to try the full menu!

Good coffee, great service, good pizza. This was close by to where I was staying and I'm really glad I stopped in. Wifi, good location for sitting and working or stopping for a quick bite. If you come in the front entrance it can be a little hard to find but keep to the left and go down a flight of stairs, it's not long till you can follow your nose. Or use the side entrance posted here. Menu has variety of pizzas, salads, and some grab'n'go items. Flat crust pizza was a great ratio of toppings, and they let me mix up my ingredients a bit. If I was here longer would be going back for sure.
