Bought a Mug as a Christmas Present, when I took it home I noticed that the Handel on one of the mugs was Broken and I couldn’t find a receipt. With not much hope in getting an exchange I took it back and the Cashier called the manager explained the situation and sent me on my way with a new Mug. This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had!

I purchased 6 masked that are all the same, each in a sealed pouch. I opened one,only to find out the quality was absolute garbage. I tried to return the UNOPENED pouches and was refused. I was told, new rule, no returns on masks. I can see not taking back the open one but why not those that have never been unsealed. I am annoyed and out over 50.00. Not my first time having a bad experience here, I won't be back.

Huge selection of specialty cards. If you truly want the RIGHT card for any situation, this is where you go. Sooo many cards. But as you read on you really do feel you found the right card. Specialty and seasonal gifts.
