Terrible to deal with... advised me to take extra and bring back what I didn't need then charge me a restocking fee and when I complained said oh sorry we can't take these back when they're the ones that suggested it in the first place. Why can't you take back wedge anchors unused still in the box.

I was recommended to go here from a couple of associates from work. When I walked in the door 2:00pm June,4,2019 I was met with a very monotone “what can I do for you” with an individual sitting at the counter very casually rolling his eyes around as if my presence was unwelcomed, I shrugged it off and began to explain I was in the market for a torque to yield replacement for an engine I’m building and wanted to simply replace it with a quality stud and nut so as I can remove the head from the engine without having to replace the fastener every time. He did not seem to be very intelligent or alert, and didn’t offer any real assistance. Said that they don’t sell to the “general public” and more less had nothing to offer me. Little did this individual know what I do for a living in the automotive industry, I will never send any business to this location on that account, I’ve worked to hard to deal with a petty attitude from a parts counter, I’d take the drive to Saint John first.
They are discriminating against regular customers. Said they were closed to regular customers but if you have a account they are open. Last time I ever try to spend money there.
