Not the largest ebgames store I've ever been in oh, but it has plenty of everything. The staff are friendly and helpful. And they are restricting the number of people in store due to covid-19 which makes me feel safer shopping there.

Staff could use alittle refresher in the importance of being polite and professional. Staff barks at you from the other end of the store to use sanitizer in a condescending manner. ( I visited twice recently and both times this happened )Tip: Make the sanitizer station more prominent to include clear signage with directions. Come out from behind the counter to greet customers. I asked if they new when the PS5 would be available they didn't have any idea. How about get the info available from Playstation and post it somewhere in the store near the PS5 products. Its the most sought after product you carry right now, act like its important. Make no wonder your closing doors. Display products and info on monitors/tvs, your an electronics store. Ie Coming soon, now available, could even use it to display covid protocols. Could even place outside store like a movie theatre or in windows to prevent unneeded traffic in store when your very limited to how many people can be in store. Could catch someone's eye and they end up coming into buy something they would have otherwise walked on by.
It's all right game shop. Staff aren't as knowledgeable as you'd like them to be for a gaming shop, and expect them to know more about the products they sell especially since people would do anything to be in their job.
Hate haviñg to go to the mall, much perferred the the prospect st store. Sad they closed it up.
Doesn't have a lot of stalk and don't love the staff
Great EB games, however somewhat limited selection compared to others I've been to. Makes up for it with their friendly staff and great customer service.
