I was a loyal employee of this establishment for just over 7 years. I honestly loved my job. My reputation at this location was tarnished because of the horrible management they have in place. The manager at this location has no education, respect for her staff, or any qualities that fit management expectation. The staff at this location are very kind, respectable and hardworking. It's sad to go into this store to visit such great coworkers and to see that they are mistreated each and every day; still- based on their outer happiness. The manager will claim that I am just a disgruntled former employee..but the facts are staff are leaving their job because of HER - just as I did. I loved my job, and would say a million great things about the hardworking staff any day. Circle K is an amazing company to work for- however, I would never recommend Regent Street to anyone I like.

Good place to fill up on gas and snacks. The fact that its 24/7 makes it a better choice over other gas stations when you need to fill up late at night. Best part in my opinion is the 1.00 any size polar pop they have year round, I make trips here just for it.
The gentleman who was working at this circle k around 1am (august 8, 2019) was extremely helpful and was ready to help us as we walked in the store. We were driving for a long period of time and was really pleased to witness such kind service during our trip.
Today I went in to buy cigarettes and was refused because my boyfriend didn't have his ID evven though I was the one purchasing them and he was in the bathroom during my purchase. He is 8 months older than I am and doesn't even usually get carded. This however is NOT why my rating is so low. As we left my boyfriend made a comment which I admit probably shouldn't have been made but an employee (Kayden or something aling those lines) there turned to my boyfriend and said \you're f**ked\. I proceeded to call the store a few moments later and this particular employee was the one that answered. He denied saying what he had said, kept calling my lady and when I told him to stop he rudely corrected it to ma'am for the one time and then continued with lady. He asked me what I wanted out of this call and I said after the way you've treated me for you to lose your job and he proxceeded to laugh and tell me he only had two shifts left and to have fun getting him fired from a job he was leaving. The entire time he was laughing and snickering along with the other young man working. He then told me i was homding up his line and he was too busy to deal with me (even though I was still in thr parking lot and could see otherwise) and then hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I am extremely upset about how this went and really hope that this young man actually only has 2 shifts left because this was by far the worst customer service experience I have had in my life. I contacted another irving to get the number to call and make a complaint to hire ups and will be doing so.
I go there regularly. They have a carwash and you can get air miles for your purchases. Very friendly staff.
