Outstanding people , you can not find anyone as knowledgeable or professional as these guys. If they don’t have they will find and get for you. Any questions on what you have ,regardless of were you bought it they still give the best advice and the best installation or explain how to install your self. I know it sounds like I work there but I’m the kind of guys that is never happy . And never spend the time to do this

I had to wait 20-30 minutes to be served...yes... To be served... Both times I went here. THEN I had a 1045am appointment to have a cap installed that should have taken only an hour.... 2 hours later I am sitting here with no word from anyone. They apologize but it still sucked and was a waste of my own time. Not sure I will use again. It could always be worse... At least the cap is correct and appears to be installed correctly.
Normally I don't submit reviews. Pete and John at the Fredericks, VA, location were too awesome not to provide feedback. I tormented both of them with inquiries about one of their used caps. Repeatedly over the course of several week. They obliged answering all questions, advised me on the exact condition. Finally I drove 4 hours to see the cap and was delighted to find it in the condition described. They then proceeded to assist with installing and securing the cap to my truck, fixing what needed to be fixed (parts were missing) and completing the request to get me new replacement keys for the cap. Just the nicest folks you'll ever meet. Others in the shop were treated just as well. Fantastic folks and would do business with them anytime. Once again huge thank you Pete (and John) and wishing both of you all the best.
Pete is the most courteous, polite and helpful person I have had the honor to work with. This is our second truck cover purchase from him. Install was great. All the guys there go above and beyond. Definitely will be back. Thank you
