I just started going to Heritage and I wanted to make a post about the awesome customer service I have experienced. When on the range, both Alex and Ashton were very helpful to me. Ashton educated me on some specific things that helped me become a safer and better gun user. THANKS!

My business did a team building class at Heritage and had a great time! Their approach to firearms education over just being another gun range (not that there's anything wrong with that) is pretty huge to me. The facility is top notch, the staff is friendly and professional, and the instructors are approachable and knowledgeable. We will be back!!
I just finished my HQL class. Im satisfied with the whole experience. Our instructor Suzy was great. Clean and big facility. Nice retail area. Nice staff. Will definitely come back.
Today I took HQL training course what a positive experience. My instructor Suzanne Floyd was extremely professional and filled my head with the information necessary to take the next step in this process. I was so impressed with everyone at the center. On a sidenote everyone wore a mask and social distancing was practiced.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is one of the best ranges I have visited in the DMV area... The staff is cool, and very nice even when you need help. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good range.
