Beautiful and delicious, interesting flavours and amazing presentation! The restaurant only seats 12 people, so be prepared for a cozy social dining experience. We were fortunate enough that the chef Brian was there alone, and had plenty of time to discuss everything from how to choose the right produce, cooking methods and our shared love of food in general. Definitely worth a trip.

En fremragende oplevelse inden for konceptet social dining. Kokken, Brian, laver mad for op til 12 mennesker i restauranten. Der er fast menu, så man kan bare nyde aftenen. Maden er smuk, gennemtænkt og veludført. Forvent en lang aften med fokus på at nyde mad og vin, snakke med folk du ikke kender og at blive udfordret på dine egne forventninger.
