Tried this smokehouse this summer. Ordered different sorts of meat and side dish. The brisket and pulled pork was very good, the sausages was ok and the ribs and chicken were too dry. The different side dishes were good and nothing special. However too little cornbread was served and it was a bit too dry. Their BBQ sauce is excellent. The service was good. A real southern style decor upstairs. A bit expensive in my opinion.

I'd actually do a 3.5* Ordered a full selection of meats and sides: Meats (in order of preference) - Pulled pork, really good and generally can't go wrong with this in my eyes. Would order again - Sausage, a surprise for me given the other meats on offer. - Brisket, really good if you get the fatty parts, otherwise I found kind of dry - Chicken, smokey but at the end of the day..chicken - Ribs, surprisingly a underwhelming. Sides (in order of preference) - Beans, flavourful and filling and has a little kick - Smoked Pepper, maybe expensive for what it is but taste wise great - Fries, home made and limp, didn't stop me from finishing it though - Mac and Cheese, it's pasta with cheese sauce, pass from me. You order by weight, below is 200g of each.
I quite liked my takeout. I’m from the American south and it’s good BBQ. Not spicy but flavorful. I enjoyed the smoked meat better than the sides. The smoked meat was excellent.

I love visiting freddys but was super disappointed in my delivery today. Our angus burgers were super soggy and cold, it was so disappointing!
Not the best bbq I’ve tried so far. Not that bad either. I gave it 3 stars because everything they serve was practically COLD! I don’t understand why none of those meat are not hot at all. Mac n cheese was in a weird taste. Doesn’t tase cheese at all. Coleslaw was okay. The thing I like the most is only the fries (the only one that’s warm not even hot). Better to find other food somewhere else if they’re not changing the way they serve. It’s a bbq, it should be hot (at least warm).
This new smokehouse in the very center of Paris offers a large variety of BBQ smoked meats (beef brisket, pulled pork, project ribs, sausage, chicken, etc.). The meats are sold by weight, so you can taste a bit of everything. The meats I had were just ok, I expected more juicy and flavorful meats but there were far too dry to my taste. Very nice service and selection of US beers!
Lovely place for some bbq food in Paris. Very basic set up but food was pretty good. Probably paid a bit more than what I'd like but the meal was for three plenty of choice and I must admit we were all pretty full by the end
