Fraser Wood

Fraser Wood handled the sale of my property in Walsall and I'm extremely satisfied. I was kept well informed throughout the process and you are in safe hands with Andrew, Carole, Jackie and all the team. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I shall recommend Andrew Perrin for any freehold purchasing liaisons. I have enquired Andrew to carry out freehold desktop valuation, serving a notice and to negotiate on the freehold value price and was very satisfied. Andrew was clear and transparent on his requirements, next steps and his charges. Proceeded with formal basis liaison with freehold management company in a way to protect my interests. I shall finally say: In the ocean of dodgy surveyors, Andrew Perrin stands out as being trust and honest. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic service received with the sale of my house, even though Covid struck just as the house was marketed this didn't stop Lee and the team from showing potential buyers around and helping to secure a sale. Will definitely use them again, very professional service all round.

Over the past five years Andrew Perrin has advised me on Lease extensions and selling my freehold portfolio. During that time Andrew has kept me informed through all stages of the transactions and has liaised with my solicitor to ensure that the legal side goes through quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Fraser Wood to my friends or family, professional, responsive and friendly.
