5 star customer service. We bought a trailer, smooth sale with no issues. 4 years later we needed to sell on but had lost the paperwork. I contacted Fraser and he was happy to help and was able to find the original invoice the same afternoon. Refreshing to see someone continuing to look after their customers so long afterwards.
