Would give zero if possible, tried to drop off a collect parcel that needed returning and after checking on the collect website Frans was the nearest site however when I arrived there with my parcel the shop keeper simply refused to accept the parcel, I explained the collect website states Frans as a collect site and she replied that they do collections from here but not returns that's why they're listed on the collect website.
