Customer service spiritless. As a Sauer dealer they actually did not have anything. They did not speak english. Their choice of handloading poor. Could and should do much better.
Of course this store caters to a special type of customer, the hunter in Germany. But even if you are not a hunter, they have some very high quality outdoor gear and it's also very traditional, if you want to get that \Bavarian\ flair. I wanted to buy a replica gun, which fires blanks, pepper spray and flares. They have a very good selection and prices are reasonable (less than US even with MwSt.). Personal in the downstairs 'gun' area were very knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision.
Nice store, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Not all speak English but they try they're best to assist anyway. The fix for Tax free if you need.
