A wonderful little cafe. Seating is available indoors and outdoors. Prices are very reasonable. Food is very tasty. Staff are friendly, efficient and attentive. Very high standards of cleaning here. There are toilets on site. A good range if food and drink on offer.

It's a Monday morning in early September and we ended up in Exmouth for the day. Wow....I cannot believe how busy it is, especially the Strand area or main square. Cafes and restaurants all busy and we managed to get a seat outside at Franklin's, after the lady sanitised the table. Good menu, good service. I had a mini breakfast and my partner had an omelette. Both were delicious. Coffees ok and ambiance good apart from a nesting pigeon that kept buzzing over my head!! Only one Male toilet which seems bizarre. Plenty of space inside but a bit dark and dingy. Overall good though....
Great place. Eat and drink there a lot. It is the one place during corona virus that myself and my other half feel safe. Food and drink top notch.
Wonderful little gem. My late partner & I always dined here when we were staying in Exmouth. We enjoyed coffee & a snack outside. So relaxing. Had bigger meals inside. Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. I'm so lost without him but have many lovely memories.
We stumbled across Franklin's on a day trip to Exmouth, and I have to say it was a very good experience. Staff are friendly, and the same for the management. Food was excellent. Franklin's gets my thumbs up,and would definitely visit again.
