Have ordered from here a few times now. The range of waffles is by far the best I've seen for any local dessert shop and the amount of topping you get is fantastic, however the last few times the delivery has really let them down, even before covid restrictions were in place. Last night we ordered at just gone 7pm and 55 minutes delivery time was quoted on ordering, I had rang an hour and half after placing the order and was told our was the next one out, just waiting for the driver with an apology, and 2 hours after ordering we received our waffles (9pm). They were cold on arrival. We've now decided that we won't be ordering from Frankie's again as the delivery let's them down. Seems like they are a little business struggling to keep up with orders for some reason or another. I'd advise ordering early evening if you want to order from them to ensure you receive them at a reasonable time!

Ordered 2 waffles online, 60 min wait time... 95 minutes later 2 freezing cold waffles arrive. Tried calling numerous times no answer then wouldn't even ring. I'm all for supporting small business's especially during these difficult times but it's not the first time our order has taken this long to be delivered with zero communication. Disappointing.
Decided to treat ourselves and get a delivery. If we had known we would still be waiting for our deliver 1hour and 45minuets later we would definatly not have chosen this shop. Even with 3 phone calls asking where our order was and being told it will be with you any minuet. I understand being low on staff during these times but No sorry, no nothing. I will definatly not be spending my money in this shop again. 2 waffles and a milkshake does not take 1 hour and 45 minutes to prepare. Coming from someone in the hospitality sector efficiency is key!
Went here last night bought 1 thing took half hour to make! A milkshake took 30 minutes to make! I was shocked to say I won't be going there again shop floor customers are priory... under staffed I say and need bigger shop.
