This is not a negative Review for Frankie and Bennys on there own but also Deliveroo We have had really good experience from F&B in the past but last night was shocking. Not only did we have to wait over an hour for our order but when it arrived it arrived cold and mostly missing. We ordered 3 burgers fries and two pizzas for the kids so guess what happened they forgot the kids pizza now you try telling a 5 year old that the restaurant or delivery man forget there dinner. When I managed to get Simon the phone from the restaurant after 20 minutes of trying and the delivery guys number not working as it’s a overseas network and number the restaurant said do you have a car can you come pick it up yourself? Really. Deliveroo never picked up the complete order from F&B in the first instance. This is only the third time I have used Deliveroo and the second time you have massively failed The first Bering a total disregard for COVID and delivering me food in a ripped open bag and handing me it six inches from myself Please do not use Deliveroo they don’t care and will not follow COVID guidelines I won’t a full refund Deliveroo's response below ...shocking service and this is not the end of the matter Having reviewed your delivery, I can see that everything went to plan and it arrived within the allocated delivery time. We also provide insulated delivery bags for every order to help maintain the correct temperature. Because of this, we won't be able to offer any compensation for this delivery. Been a long time since there.. thought the food was grand. Tasty .. accommodating staff. A nd has Vegan food.. was nice..
Do not order using uber eat.. Food arrived cold and the restaurant forgot 2 items. Trying to contact uber eat is impossible and frankie and bennys do not offer a refund. Very bad food and service.
Great service from everyone .fantastic food steak was cooked perfectly! We will be back and merry Christmas to everyone in Frankie's Livingston
