Food tasted good, just lucky I wasn't hungry as portion sizes have really reduced but prices are higher. Would have been less pleased had I not had a 50% off mains voucher! Staff friendly and had to deal with a broken waffle maker too so had to change dessert option for one of the kids. All in all, just OK but as it was my son's choice for his birthday meal he seemed to enjoy it.

Came for a Birthday Party, first time visiting a Frankie and Benny's. Food was good, staff were excellent.
Came in last night... had a great time... the place was packed and atmosphere was amazing. Haven’t been for a few years as it seamed to have died off but after last night I will be returning
Great food. Good atmosphere and our waitress Rhiannon was brilliant. Explained all the options and recommended various dishes. Excellent service Rhiannon
A birthday treat for my 2 year old and my mum in law. I don't like to be long winded so?! Food was nice & the service was inept, slow, inconsistent. A new one for me, my first ever one star. I try to have empathy but wow (long winded bit ahead:)left the restaurant after being there a total of 2 hours 20 mins. With all three of my kids not receiving any of their desserts even though I had already settled the bill 25 mins earlier while confirming their treats. 25mins of starring at our empty glasses, our left over food to then be told (only after tracking someone down to even speak too) they were \sorry for the delay what were we having again?\ I said we no longer had time the only thing I was offered was 3 ice lollies to take with us! GREAT 8.45 on a Sunday night for the last leg of our journey back from an otherwise perfect day at drayton manor. I was nice, polite and ontime trying to finish off the day with full tummies and smiles. Not one of the staff throughout our visit seemed to care about basic customer service. (one last thing why sell me kids soft drinks without telling me they are not included with the kids meals, wait I know so you can charge me 1.49 each on top of our kids meals kids meals that, as it happens did not come with the desserts it should of included.) Honestly after that I find it hard to believe any of the high star reviews were talking about the same place.
