Always a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere for us. The food is varied and very tasty. We enjoy the background music too. The staff have always been so helpful, and today was no exception. Nicole was a brilliant server, John excelled with drinks and coffee, and we are always made to feel welcome. This is why Frankie & Benny's in Ayr is our favourite restaurant.
Great food, great atmosphere, and good service. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The food can always be relied on to be good however on this occasion the fish and chips was served with a very small portion of fish. See delicious as always but very small, like a half size portion other than that the entire visit was first class.
Well... food isnt special at all could say it's not the best actually. Ordered garlic bread with my main. Ended up eating my main with no garlic bread and had to ask for it too. Garlic bread wasn't even cooked properly, could hardly taste the garlic on it. They only had 3 tables counting ours. So weren't busy.
Food was reasonably priced and excellent quality. The dairy free ice cream in the kids sundays was pretty disgusting though, and there wasn't an option to have normal ice cream. Service was quite slow considering it was quite empty but the staff there were all working quickly. Would still go back.
