Good teachers, nice facilities, good classrooms... Unfortunately the management should step up their game and provide better services to both students and teachers. The corona-crisis showed shone a bright light to their failings as organizers. Please improve and don't loose sight of the important things in education.

Super long waiting hours, awful customer service, unstructured and too old-minded Organization. It reminds you of Ausländerbehörde. It's hard to make an appointment for tests. The worse part is the administration people who are so lazy and don't feel like to help you with your questions. Overall Awful!

Worst customer service I ever came across. 2 hrs of service hours a day. Super slow handling. I wanted to learn German from scratch therefore contacted them in English. They ignored all 3 emails I wrote. Never again. No matter if they’re good or not. Businesses should realize Customer orientation is crucial. I believe if they did not have their special status in the system they would not survive
