Good luck signing up your kid. The sign up process is so inefficient words cannot describe. You fill out a paper form, which lists your preferences for times and dates as well as your kid's age. However for grouping and scheduling, they end up paying no attention to that form and still book your kid with wrong age group on dates you said you are not available. The only way to find out about your schedule is to literally make 40 phone calls to their office and multiple instructors to see who has your kid in their class. You need to be prepared to chase tennis instructors for 2 months on a weekly basis to get your kid signed up. And they will tell you that they have 300 kids and that is why the process does not work. They do not have a process! My son (4) was put in a group of 8 year olds, which we found out when we showed up for the class. The instructor yelled at me as if it was my choice to put him in the wrong age group and kicked him out of the class. My son was super excited and was eager to learn. The instructor showed absolutely no attention to his feelings, broke his spirit, and made him feel awful about being in that group which was the school's mistake.
Very central but noooooisy.... highway, 2x trains, airplanes...
