The return is not so easy as the address doesn't lead you to the proper entrance, and the name of various car rental companies can be seen only when you get the ticket at the entrance and the garage door lifts up, which is a bit ridiculous as these signs shall be hung outside for us to see easily and for us to FIND the entrance. Also Sixt return is on the 7 floor where you have to drive all the way up, but fortunately the width of the lanes upwards starting the second floor is good enough, instead of reminding me of how I got my driver's license. The staff was rather friendly on the day of our return, as of November 25, around 18h30, and indeed the elevator was filled with the smell of urine.

Due to middle of the city it's very busy and crowded but its secure parking spot bit expensive but its ideal place foe parking. Close to train station and all other places. You can get tourist bus from here and well. Entrance is bit tricky but you can find it
Hertz and other rental car parking for the Hauptbahnhof (central train) station parking is in the 10th floor of this parking lot...
