I don’t remember the name of the guy I spoke with but very friendly and helpful. Was patient and answered all my questions. A really great shop, with excellent customer service! Would highly recommend.

Very very kind staff. Even if I am just a starter-guitarist and tourist they still were very helpful, kind and nice. Lot of stuff available and very cool place. Definitely recommend it!

These guys are great! My daughters cello needed some attention after shipping it from the US. They tended to it right away. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back!

Great advice, great service. Saved my neck! Well straightened it out anyway. Thanks guys! BUT don’t block the hyperactive neighbors‘ garbage cans! Even if you’re just hopping in and out - they will have a tow truck there within minutes!
