Very good advisory for a specific trip. It took some time to get to the right person with the approrpiate experience but form there on it was very positive. The lady was very quick to understand my requirements (even the ones I did not express) and was able to adress them very well. Furthermore, the advisory did not stop at just booking the trip but I was given further advisory aboutthe trip preparation and other questions I have asked - even after I have paid for the trip. Very good experience. I would recommend the service.
