I purchased a new A3 Sportback advanced 40 TFSI e and have to be honest had a great experience working with Audi Zentrum Frankfurt. Quick and prompt answers over phone an emails. No problem in communicating in English. When things got stuck with the registration office in Dusseldorf, they quickly managed to sort the issue so I can receive my number plates. Quick delivery. Overall great experience.

Dishonest and careless. My windshield was cracked while Audi was servicing my vehicle and they refused to take responsibility. They returned my vehicle with a large crack in the windshield, making no mention of it in the inspection notes. They spent the next week avoiding my attempts to communicate with them. I was able to reach them by phone three separate times, and each time they claimed they needed further time to review the situation and would call me back. They never called back and it became increasingly evident they did not intend to. After calling the fourth time, they claimed to not know exactly what happened but tried to blame the new crack on another chip in the windshield (half a meter away). After repeated attempts to communicate how it was painfully evident that the new damage was due something having been dropped on the windshield during the service, they stuck to their story despite lacking any evidence. It was clear at this point that this company would go to great lengths to avoid responsibility and sacrifice customers in the process. In the end, I spent 500 euro (even with insurance) and additional time to repair the windshield, which was strangely fine with Audi. I have no reason to ever trust this company with my vehicle again, even had they begrudgingly accepted to repair it. If you are looking for an Audi service center that will gladly return to you a vehicle they damaged and repeatedly fight you over whether it was their responsibility, look no further than this dealership.
