Contact your Frankfort IN. Store and tell them my name so they can explain the run around they have given me for the last 3 months & the junk equipment that you sell. Or even call your Bloomington District manager Mike and ask him about whats wrong. Feel free to give me a call too if you like. I only gave 3 stars cause most of your staff actually do a good job at what they can. I dont blame them for the poor quality of equipment or the quality of your insurance protection plan.
