Best food I’ve had in AZ yet. Everything served was delicious. Came in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night and were welcomed to take our time anyway. Great staff and all we interacted with were friendly. Thanks to Michelle for working hard at two jobs and still being a joy! 100% chance we will be back.

Popped in the other day for the first time and the restaurant smelt AMAZING! I knew it was going to be bomb food and it sure was! I order the #4 (Shredded Beef Burrito Plate) with a side of chips and salsa to go and when I got home and finally was a able to eat it I was in heaven! It was fresh Mexican food and not fried and heavy. I’ll be back when I’m getting my hair done again in the area!
This place reminds me of countless restaurants in Ensenada. No frills just good Mexican dishes served quickly and reasonably priced. It's a fun and lively Courtyard, good distance between tables. You'll enjoy this with a small group of friends, and a tall Corona.
Left us feeling like we were home in NM. After a friend from Albuquerque told us that Frank & Lupe's would make you homesick for back home we decided to try this spot before an evening at Las Noches de Las Luminarias. It was perfect taste of NM here in Arizona. Why we waited for so long is beyond us. Frank & Lupe's is simply the best and closest to Mom's home cooked dinner that you can get in Arizona. I had Frank's enchiladas with an egg on top and she had a chile relleno combination plate. We added four hot and fresh Sopaipillas to round out dinner. It was an Instagramable meal. The flavors brought back memories of home and we will be back for more.
I love bringing my family here, esp. when the patio is open. It’s also a favorite spot to bring guests from out of town to really experience the food/culture/beauty of Arizona. The complimentary chips and salsa are delicious. The jalapeño margaritas are tasty. I always order no. 8 (poblano cream enchiladas).
