I USED FRANCIS CHAPPELL AND SONS BEXLEYHEATH FOR MY MUMS FUNERAL I FOUND THEM VERY PROFESSIONAL NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE .MARGERET WAS A LOVELY LADY DEALING WITH EVERYTHING FOR US MADE US FEEL COMPLETELY AT EASE AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM START TO FINISH WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMMEND

Yet again Francis Chappell provided a excellent service from start to finish. They attended to my Dad funeral which was nearly 15 years ago, and more recently my Mum who passed away on the 3rd May. Margaret was there for my Dad and my Mum and yet again was caring, compassionate and lovely and I thank her for that at what is a terrible time. Would highly recommend.
