I set up an appointment to fix a leak in my pvc pipe. They quoted me the amount to repair the pipe on the call as a by the hour rate. Instead of repairing the pipe the guy came for 10 minutes and left and then called later and said it would cost 800 to repair. This was ridiculous for a simple pvc pipe repair so I got another plumber for 225. Then I see a charge on my credit card. Turns out Flaherty charges me 90 for coming out and doing nothing despite never informing me there would be a charge just to come out. They quoted me only a charge to repair which they never did. Needless to say it was a terrible experience and very shady from start to finish. I will never use this company again.

Paul Flaherty Plumbing has done a lot of work at my home over the last few years. Water heater, main house shut off, both water spigots, boiler maintenance, refrigerator water shut off and they have done great work! Very pleased with their work and I would recommend!
