like
Go for a little adventure tour here, not only the Burg is beautiful but also the surroundings. The waterfall is nearby. Many more hidden treasures can be found here.

Beautiful castle ruins with plenty of hiking trails around the area
This is a wonderful old castle around Frankfurt. Whenever I have visitors from abroad and we are around we visit the place. Also the surrounding forest is just beautiful and a lot to discover. If you exit the castle on the other side of the entrance and following the way for a while there is a beautiful waterfall. Best time to visit is in spring when the beech are in flower and just got really green! Fun fact: the Swiss magician Vincent Raven shot a music video at the venue and claimed he caught several goblins.
